AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I finally figured out how to stop the flickering!

After too many hours and too many redo-shots (nearly 20!), I finally figured out the right exposure settings to put flickering to a minimal!

Here is the result of the final redo-shots. Almost no flickering!

  1. Great news for viewers with epilepsy!

I love the smoke effect, and the waving quiff.

  4. What you ended up doing for his hair is great. It's too bad Dragon's giving you issues, I love the program. Just make sure camera is full Manual, and you stand/sit in the same area each frame while dragon's shooting its 27 different shots.

  5. Wow no flickering! I have had the problem too for a long while now and I think it was because of too many light sources around.

  6. To combat the problem of flickering, I don't stop down past 5.6 and stay zoomed out or stop down a lot to 8 something and use a long exposure (depending on the needs of the shot). On the Canon Rebel XS, I haven't had much at all.
